When approached recently by the Editorial Coordinator of Acquire Publications with the request of submitting a paper(s) for the inaugural issue of the JCVR, I was initially somewhat hesitant, knowing what possibly maybe lay ahead in the publication process. Fortunately, my apprehension turned out to be unfounded in this case, as the whole exercise of getting my two contributions accepted, and subsequently published online, has proven to be remarkably straightforward and quick.
